At this event, you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about Conflict Textiles and their impactful work, as well as celebrating resilience amidst conflict and exploring the transformative power of textiles in promoting positive change. Discover how arpilleras serve as powerful expressions of resistance against human rights abuses and repression, and how this form of creative expression transcends borders to foster dialogue, understanding, and healing from the grassroots up.

Speakers include Conflict Textiles Curator Roberta Bacic; Conflict Textiles Trustee Professor Gillian Robinson; and Director of the Linen Hall, Julie Andrews.

This event is a partnership between Conflict Textiles and The Linen Hall. To find out more about Stitching for Solidarity exhibition click here.
