Advance booking is recommended. The Linen Hall Library does not exchange or refund tickets, unless an event is cancelled outright.
Doors open 15 minutes prior to the advertised commencement time of an event. Latecomers may not be admitted to events at the Duty Manager’s discretion.
Where a concession price is offered for an event, a valid card demonstrating eligibility must be shown when purchasing or collecting tickets. Concession tickets are for members of the Linen Hall Library only.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of any item within 14 days of delivery. Please note that CDs and CD-ROMs cannot be cancelled once the seal is broken. To cancel your purchase please return the item using the original packaging with all the documentation quoting order reference number and a note giving the reason for the return and, if defective, describing the fault. Please return any damaged goods within 30 days for refund or replacement. Please send all returns to:

The purchase price of the item will be refunded, though not any postage costs incurred. If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will refund the postage. Otherwise, you will be responsible for such cost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
