Let's Celebrate!
Let's CelebrateIn 2013 we celebrate our 225th birthday and we invite you to be part of our story as we move forward into the next 225 years. In anticipation of and preparation for our upcoming birthday, we are offering your business a very special membership deal at £225 per year (click HERE for details).

As an incentive for this celebratory offer, the Library is giving you the opportunity to hold two functions on our premises with no charge for room hire. Only catering will be charged at these events.

This promotion will be held for 3 years as we bring Corporate Northern Ireland on board as supporters of this unique and irreplaceable cultural icon.

For more information on this and other benefits of membership, please contact: Patricia Saunders, Deputy Director, T: 028 9032 1707; F: 028 9043 8586; E: p.saunders@linenhall.com.

*This fixed-price promotion does not include borrowing rights, but in all other areas is comparable to the highest grade of corporate membership.

The Linen Hall Library offers a special service suited to every variety of institution or organisation. Linen Hall Library Corporate Members include businesses, government and semi-government agencies, schools, colleges, universities and libraries (see list below).

How it Works
Linen Hall Library Front DoorCorporate membership entitles an organisation to two or more transferable Library membership tickets, depending on the level of membership. The use of these is administered by a nominated individual within the organisation who may allocate them as need arises to any other individual within the organisation. Each ticket enables an individual to borrow up to eight books at a time.

Special Benefits

  • Complimentary room hire for two events per year (only catering charges will apply at these events)
  • Priority access to our well-equipped rooms for meetings, seminars, promotions, etc
  • Invitations to Linen Hall Library events - an excellent way to entertain clients/suppliers informally, or a creative and enjoyable reward for you and your staff
  • Assistance with events planned by your organisation involving our collections/exhibitions
  • Tours and presentations about the Linen Hall Library on request
  • Listing in our Corporate Membership brochure and other Library publicity.
  • Publicity in the Library and in Library publications for your organisation's association with the Linen Hall
  • Members' discount of 10% on all Linen Hall Library goods and services, which includes the cafe, function rooms, gifts and books.

For further information on room hire, please see Function and Event Facilities.
